NEW BELGIUM BREWERY

LEED PLATINUM

MULTIPLE DESIGN AWARDS

The challenge was to fit a huge brewery into a context of small eclectic buildings in the Asheville NC River Arts District. We chose to celebrate the functions of the brewery as individual buildings creating an industrial village. The architecture like the brewery equipment and the brewers is raw and authentic. Much of the construction utilizes reclaimed materials from the sire.
