MATTHEWS BREWING COMPANY

We were asked to investigate the reuse of an existing building as a brewery in downtown Matthews, NC and submit for zoning approval. After the first review the zoning board asked for the addition of a gable roof to the front of the building. We designed a wood framed beer garden that would glow with activity. Ultimately the project was unrealized.
